Unboxing my experience

Upon arriving, I was pleased to find the staff accommodating, allowing me to store my bags and enjoy complimentary coffee. The room was well-appointed and clean, with an impressive view from the back. Its proximity to the station and town was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. A delightful stay overall!

I was infuriated to find that the wifi system was a mess. It took far too long to get connected and the receptionist seemed indifferent to our struggles. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly. the dirty cups were left behind and we ran out of soap because it wasn’t refilled. This lack of attention to detail made our stay frustrating and disappointing.

I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the charming Japanese garden and an easy walk to the local restaurants, which made exploring the area so enjoyable. plus, the hospitality of the staff really added to the welcoming vibe of the place.

A Fantastic Family Getaway!

Our stay exceeded expectations! Enjoyed relaxing in our cozy small room with a lovely coffee station. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the delightful hot entrees that changed daily. Pro tip, utilize the bus pass provided by the hotel for easy access to nearby attractions.

The location was outstanding, just steps away from the train station and offering stunning views of the surroundings. Enjoyed the ample room size and friendly staff, particularly at breakfast with yogurt options available. However, the mattress needs an upgrade for better comfort and dinner left much to be desired, lacking flavor and variety.

Staying at this lovely hotel was a highlight of our trip! The family room was spacious enough for my wife, our two kids, and me, with a great view from the balcony. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, the best we've had in Switzerland!

I had a fantastic stay with impressive views of snow-capped mountains from my room's balcony. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and making me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a variety of fresh options available every morning. However, I wished the bed was a bit firmer for a more comfortable night's sleep.

I enjoyed my stay with stunning mountain views and comfy accommodations. The location near Interlaken Ost is perfect for exploring. However, the room had a lingering moldy smell, which was a bit off-putting.

It was just a strong match for a brief stop-in in Interlaken with reasonable price. The staff were very courteous, especially at the front desk. Keep an eye on the breakfast timing to avoid missing refills.

The location is perfect, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The medium room was spacious with a beautiful balcony view. Breakfast offered a good variety, and dining in the restaurant was delightful. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. 🏞️

The highlight of our stay was the AMAZING breakfast spread with freshly baked pastries and local cheeses! 🥐 While the furniture felt a tad dated, the staff's friendliness made up for it!
